3 tricks to burn abdominal fat quickly

  1. Do not always do the same exercises

To show a flat and toned abdomen is essential to perform abdominal exercises, yes, but this does not mean that we should always do the same, because this way we will only be able to tone an area, usually the upper one, since it is the one that works with the most known abdominal exercise, the ‘crunch’. The idea is to perform different exercises with two or three sets of ten repetitions. In addition, it is not advisable to exercise the abdomen every day, because as with other muscles can be harmful.

Another basic pillar to boast of a smooth and defined abdomen is undoubtedly the food, which you must take care of. However, with care we do not mean to stop eating, and on the contrary, skipping a meal such as breakfast or snack, can slow down your metabolism and therefore makes it more difficult to eliminate fat.

 

  1. Eye what dinner you

You have always been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the reality is that to a certain extent it is, but dinner is undoubtedly the food to which you must pay more attention, since in theory they are the last foods they will enter our body before we go to sleep. Ideally, you should eat something light and above all, do it at least three hours before going to sleep, as this will allow your body to digest before you go to bed, which means that eliminating what you eat will be easier. In addition, burning calories at night is more difficult, so it is also easier to accumulate excess fat.
